And Then There Were FOUR!!!

There are moments in each of our lives that take our breath away. Seeing this second line was the equivalent of sprinting a mile after enjoying several cups of coffee! My heart was racing with adrenaline and my breath was short. I couldn't believe it! I actually took the test just to satisfy some strange need I seem to have to take tests before I think they'll work. I actually walked away from the test without looking at it, thinking how silly it was that I took it in the first place. My mind went blank when I came back to throw it away and saw a second line! It's taken a day for this to start to sink in. Dustin and I decided to start trying just a week before he left for his deployment, and now 10 days after he's gone, I'm pregnant! Lawson took many months of very deliberate trying, I assumed this would be the same and I was happily mistaken! I'm due June 21, 2009, which will put the kiddos 22 months apart. Dustin and I are both thrilled! I am also tired. Very, very tired. Very tired and very pleased. Which makes me think that now would be a good time to curl up under the covers, close my eyes, and be so thankful for this little life inside of me. Amazing.
