Easter flowers
Our Easter celebrations got going early. My camera and I were still very bleary-eyed!
The kids shared a basket this year. I don't think either of them noticed.
The hopping bunny was quite a hit!
There was more proof the bunny had hopped in at night. Eggs everywhere!!!
Naomi found some cheerios hiding in her eggs! She didn't quite know what to make of that.
Lawson was a good egg hunter!
We counted to be sure none of the hard boiled eggs were still hiding. That would be a stinky problem.
The eggs became a centerpiece for our Easter dinner with friends.
My blackberry meringue cake finished off the berries I'd picked last summer.
Naomi's first Easter was a good one, overall!
It's obvious that Lawson had fun!
Now, if only I'd thought to put some bunny ears on his cow!
Your photos are as gorgeous as always. I love how you capture your children - beautiful. Glad you had a lovely day.
ReplyDeleteI am in love with that pic of Num and her eggs!!
ReplyDeleteP.S. - loving the new look of Kimberly Laird Photography!!
ReplyDeleteI love these pictures! The editing is great too!
ReplyDeleteIt looks like you used Photoshop. I have got to get that. Right now I can probably only afford Elements. :)
Thank you! Heather, I use PS7 to edit. If you can swing it, try to get a version of Photoshop that you can run actions on. You'll be glad you did! And if it turns out that you DO get Elements, consider buying a Bamboo pad (like a touch pad with a pen... so awesome for editing). It comes with Elements and it's about the same price, so it's like getting the Bamboo for free if you are already getting elements! May have to post that on the blog, actually...
ReplyDeleteLooks like you had a wonderful Easter and your photos once again are breathtakingly beautiful!!! I love your blog 'cause I'm just in awe of your talent. Blessings, Tracy
